In the Netherlands its almost impossible to snowboard, let alone snowboard every week (in nature). Do you live like me in Groningen? Then you are to a rail track ‘ stuck ‘.  In the Randstad you still have the ability to indoor to get started. But it nevertheless remains other than really in nature. Are you ready to have to wait on winter sports to go (say yes!)? To every time that ride to a multi-purpose hall? Then it’s time to move to a place where you can every week snowboarding. These are places you can go live!

Innsbruck, Austria

Innsbruck has fantastic lot of ground where you can snowboard. There are 8 ski areas with Nordkette as nearest location (20 minutes from the city centre by cable car).

The skiing is based on the Olympic downhill, but there are also family, places, a snowboard park, toboggan run, two mountaintop restaurants and an Olympic bobsleigh for a shot of adrenaline.

Calgary, Canada

Calgary is the place where a lot of work (in particular by oil and gas) with the best resorts in easy reach. The road to the resorts can be easily reached: there is almost no file. Although the price of petrol which can be high, the snow a lot of good. The resorts where you need to be:

Oslo, Norway

It is normal to see people with skis in the subway. The Tryvann Vinterpark is only 30 minutes from Oslo. In Vinterpark did you have 7 ski lifts, 14 ski slopes and 381 meters course. Oslo is one of the few places where you can live in a busy, lively city, but fast in nature are to snowboarding.

Stockholm, Sweden

Hammarby Backen is the (former garbage dump) ski resort that overlooks the Swedish capital with a well kept grounds and slopes that stay open until late at night! Hammarby has a fantastic view of the city that’s great is that you don’t necessarily have to snowboarding.

Sapporo, Japan

The capital of Hokkaido, Sapporo has no less than 5 ski areas. Teine Highland is the largest and nearest with six lifts, 450 meters and some of the best and steepest tree runs on the planet. It will cost you but 45 minutes to get there from Sapporo.
